Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection
As I sit down to write this blog, I can already tell that Beauty Talk is going to become a fave of mine. Let me start today by introducing the BEST face palette I have every owned. This is the limited edition Becca Cosmetics x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette. When it was first released online, I so badly wanted to purchase it, but kept asking myself if it was worth it. SO I didn't get it. Then, it was released in stores and I saw it in Sephora and I was sold. Why? Let's talk swatches. From top to bottom: Prosecco Pop, Champagne Pop, Rose Spritz, Amaretto, Pamplemousse. These shades are all SO pigmented. I'm all about less is more, so I start with a little bit on my brush and build upon it until I reach my desired shade. My favorite combo lately has been Amaretto, Rose Spritz, and Champagne Pop. If you already have this palette, what's your fave combo?! And if you don't already have it, you should get it (here on Amazon... since it was limited edition, it's no longer available online, but check your local Sephora). If you're not interested in the entire palette, there are limited edition duos available that I will link below!
This week, Rob's work sched switched to Monday's off instead of Friday's. Now we both have off on Monday's which is going to be fab. Yesterday we grabbed lunch after his interview and then came home and took a major nap. I haven't taken a mid day nap in a veryyy long time. That is a habit I kicked to the curb a couple years ago and do not plan on going back to. It did feel nice for a day though.
Now, let's talk about The Bachelorette, one of my guilty pleasures. I am definitely disappointed that JoJo let Robby go. Maybe I'm partial to the name Robby (loll), but I feel like he TRULY loved her & would have been the best fit for her. I just feel like Jordan is not as sincere as Robby. However, watching them have their moment was cute & they seemed happy after the final rose and that's all that matters. I just hope in the long run he doesn't break her heart.
As always, thanks for reading! Let me know if there's anything in particular you would like to see in future beauty fave posts!
